Well I had a whirlwind resupply in Kenville yesterday. It started with the hitch Safety and I got from Walker Pass. I stayed with them into Kernville, then walked over to the brewery for lunch before food shopping. Come to find out this was the first day of full in-house restaurant service! And to all of the patrons I talked with on the deck, thank you so very much. I didn’t want to leave.
I’m terrible with names, but to you kind sir who bought me a beer and we shared our love for motorcycles, I’m sorry our discussion got cut off. I’m sure we could have spent a long time going down the path we were about narcissism and politics, leaders and supervisors.
And finally Steve (he wrote his name down for me), thank you so much for the ride back to the Walker Pass Campground. Where I thought I was taking an O’dark thirty bus this morning from Kernville, instead I’m a couple of miles in and a couple of thousand feet up watching the sunrise.
What a whirlwind of kindness yesterday!
